Your first 8 weeks focus on building consistent training and simple, sustainable habits. You’ll complete the Women We Glow onboarding program inside the app, where you’ll learn how to structure your training, nutrition, and weekly routine so you can stay consistent.
You’ll start building strength safely while developing the routines that make progress repeatable.
This phase is about building the consistency that real transformation is built on.
STEP TWO | BUILD RESILIENCE
Once your foundations are in place, your training progresses into a structured, goal-focused program designed to improve strength, build muscle, and develop your physique over time.
Every workout is delivered inside the womenweglow app with clear programming, exercise demonstrations, and progress tracking.
